Our Policies

Late Arrival Policy

Please be 15 minutes early to your scheduled appointment.

If you come in 10 minutes late, you will be rescheduled.



No-Show/Same Day Reschedule/Cancellation Policy

Appointments that are missed, canceled, and/or rescheduled within 24 hours affect our staff
tremendously. Please give our staff at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or
cancel your appointment. We understand the occasional conflict; however, canceling or
rescheduling within 24 hours will warrant a non refundable charge of $25. You will be required
to give your credit card before scheduling further appointments. Coming in 10 minutes late is
considered a no-show and will be charged accordingly. If your appointment is 45 minutes or
longer, 50% of the full price of your appointment will be due.


Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds. We can happily transfer your purchase into store credit to apply towards any service besides injections. Partial credits are not given for partially used packages.  Items used in a partial package are charged at full price. There is no cash value for "free" or promotional items.  Purchasing with Charleston Laser and Aesthetics is agreeing to our refund policy, as well as all other policies that we uphold.


Child Policy

Please arrange for childcare prior to your appointment. For the safety of your child and due
to legal liabilities, children are absolutely not allowed into the treatment room with you. As much
as we love the little ones, our secretaries will not be able to watch your children for you during
the time of your appointment, no matter how short your appointment is. If you bring a child that
is unable to be left unattended in the waiting room, you will be asked to reschedule.
